Unusual $10 silver certificate bill?

Can anyone tell me more about a bill I have collected? It's in good shape, a 1934A $10 silver cert. I think what might make it unusual is that bot hte front and back printing are slightly shifted. In other words, the borders are uneven. Morgenthau, Jr. and M. Juleau? maybe?
