    Hi Lee-

I very much appreciate the time you spent showing me your Wisconsin Commemoratives - they are stunning, in all aspects! I "liked" them before, but you've presented them in a jaw-dropping fashion... I'll check out your Pinnacle site after the holidays; thank you for that as well.

It's a pleasure meeting you. Merry Christmas and all the best from Waukesha!

  2. Hi Tom. Thanks for the compliment. The lens is more important than the camera. Practice is important also. I've taken thousands of shot's. I prefer two 13W OTT-LITES for imaging. White balance is important too. Gotta have a Copy Stand also and make sure it is level. Mark Goodman has a book on coin photography that is a super reference work. Hope this was helpful.

    Happy New Year,

    Lee

Very nice Coin in your Coins In Old Holders post. Also equally astounding is the photo. I know light setup in this photo is a major component but what else did you use to make such a well defined image?

Thanks in advance for any information you can share as I am always looking to better my skills.

    Tom
