Box of Nickels: 31 pre-1960, 1945-P War. Also, a 1996 Near 6 canadian (hole filler).

Also found this: Don't know much about off-strikes. Is it enough to be a keeper or should I toss it back?

If it's off center the same way on the reverse it's worth maybe a few bucks. If it's only off on the obverse, it's just a misaligned die and worth 5 cents.

    2 boxes of halves - 66, 68 and 69 kennedy. I also filled a couple more holes in my coin-roll-hunting-only-books. All I need now is a 1964D and 2003D (technically I need a 1970D too).

I'm getting very concerned. Some of the banks in my secondary hunting area are being robbed! The 3rd one happened tonight, so that makes 3 in the past month! Not sure what day of the week/time of day on the second one, but the first was on a weekday shortly after high noon! Of course, I feel bad for the tellers and customers that had to go thru that. I just hope that I'm never there when something goes down. I'm seriously considering crossing those branches off the list. I'm guessing the reason why they're being hit is because each one has a very close proximity to the highway.

Has anyone been involved in a bank robbery? Did it change how you go about banking and/or CRH?

Man, I did about 275.00 more than you did and I found barely half the amount of wheats you did(approx. 600 wheats in 1275 dollars..)

I might need to lay off them for awhile if they're that thin in my area. I pick up at a bank near where I work and dump at a small credit union 15 miles way.

    Congrats on your achievement.

Dime crazy! Well, a little. 8 silver dimes including a 1942 Merc.

    2013-03-01.jpg

That makes one coin short of half a roll of silver dimes in 3 days!

I was very happy to get the 3 silver certificates and the three old $2 bills, too. They are well wrinkled and worn but it was a lot of fun to get them! I have to give the teller a gift...

    2 Box's of Half's 2-68 2-69

These Box's were somebodies rejects from the looks of it, about 60 coins were marked with dates on them & a few had small holes drilled in the tops of them.

One of the 68's is toned

I have 4 more Box's I'm picking up today Wish Me Luck, but for rejects they missed 4 coins.
