$5 Pennies: 75 copper, 2 Canadian, 1956D

$20 Nickels: Skunk. All 2012D.

$20 Dimes: Skunk.

$270 QUarters: United Arab Emirates coin.

Don't follow Hockey, hate the Dodgers. I wish Major League Human Cannonball had started up again after the War, but, well, it didn't. Oh well.

2 Boxes of Halves: Skunk and Skunk, respectively.

So far, I've searched 10 boxes of halves for the year and only found 4 silvers. Ugh!

Found a nice 1954-D Ben Franklin half dollar today. Also a 1964 and two forty percenters. Add in 1944 and 1965 Canadian dimes plus 8 silver Roosies and it is not a bad day.




Also found a 1935 one colon from Costa Rica in a roll of halves (no photo).

Box of Nickels:
28 pre-1960, 1943P War, and I got a 2008 UK Penny.

This was an older box (pre-2012) because it was really dusty and there were no 2012 nickels found. Also, I found the War Nickel in the first roll so I thought I'd have a record box for Wars. Alas, it was the only one.

Don't you hate when that happens?

 

Can't tell you how many times I have broken open the first roll and found a silver or a Buffer and then found no more in the whole box. Or how many times I have gotten to the last flipping roll in the box before I found the silver or Buffer.
