Just received this 1806 George III penny today. Ya just gotta love old copper that's more than 200 years old.
Recently I've been wondering if I should pull the trigger on this auction. I know the seller has it listed with a "buy it now" option, but can't see it bringing more than $110. I actually asked him if he'd accept payment in the form of an invisible/imaginary check, but am still awaiting his response......... http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-Digital-Coins-/251183418773?pt=US_World_Coins&hash=item3a7bb2cd95
:thumb:Very nice junk!!! 1833 half Dimes do have a few die variety's so you may want to look thru the Cherrypickers guide!!!
Man those are some nice Mercs G. I relly like the 194 lol. How do you take great photos like this. I am working on taking great pics and getting advise from a great frind but it just is not going that great for me. I am working with a Nikon L120 and 2 flex lights with 100 watt Reveal bulbs and another reg 75 watt bulb. Any pointers that you can offer would be great.
I recently made a great purchase from GBroke that has made my day. Below is the photo from GBroke on The Coinnection for the coin that I now own it looks so much nicer in hand.
WL.........I love that '66 SP66BN. The perfect grade as far as I'm concerned. Gonzo.....love your new 1970-S. I was all set to send you one. Looks like you don't need it now. To Alicechaos.......that toning is very common to 1970-S Proof Lincoln's. In fact, it is common to the whole set for what ever reason. NT without a doubt, no question about it. They get even wilder than that.
