A continuation of the Large Size Collection
What a year it has been so far!!
With the additions of several new Large Size notes and an empty Bank Account I stand hardfast to my goals.
I am looking forward to adding several more Large Size Silver Certs to the collection as well as Legal Tender selections from 1880 thru 1896.
The Note that started it all for me was the 1914$20 FRN Blue Seal with Burke/McAdoo sigs.
Back then it was my intention to assemble a set of the notes with those sigs!
As difficult as it is to do this in CHCU64 and just finding the notes to begin with, I settled for other sigs...the $50 and the $100 are by far the most expensive and difficult in higher grades!
I recently found a $5 in the Grade I was after and picked it up for a fair price!
Here it is

so hope you enjoy it......now just the $10, $50 and $100 with these sigs...LOL Dreamer huh??

Yes, the note is very nice. However, I am intrigued by the image on the back of the note. Could you comment on the back of the note, and any historical significance?

Hello Graham...
The reverse of the note does depict the Landing of the Pilgrims (right side ) and The sighting of Land by Columbus (as his men thank him for safe voyage)
The engravings were done by Joseph I. Pease. The Columbus Discovery Vignette was based on a Painting by Edwin White!
Hope this helps you some...
