Hello To All, I recently purchased a 1969-D Jefferson which has over half the steps on it! Seller claims 4+Steps! Seeing as how it would be almost impossible to find in a True Full Five Step, I grabbed it! I know Pcgs an Ngc wouldn't even consider putting almost fs on their holders. So I called in to Anacs, they only put 5 or more steps on the Label-holder. Didn't want ICG,I had terrible business' with them in the past/So , I called in to SEGS , the lady said no ...
